Returns & Exchanges

At Showerbuddy, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
